SCOPE
Upgraded the buildings existing heating plant from two standard efficiency atmospheric boilers to 6 new high efficiency near condensing boilers.
100 E Bellevue is a high-rise condominium building located in Chicago’s Gold Coast neighborhood. Built in 1973100 E Bellevue is comprised of 32 floors and 171 units. Cyclone was brought in to provide advisory services to assist with a plan to allow condo owners a way to install in-unit washers and dryers. The plan consisted of using high efficiency heat pump dryers(ventless) and high efficiency washing machines to create minimum suds. After the Sud Zone study, Cyclone was asked to advise the building on additional project including replacement of mechanical equipment, assistants on pressurization issues among the addition tasks done at the building. Cyclone continues to work with the building to find additional energy savings.
