Clark and Grand Hotels was developed by White Lodging Services Corporation. The $76 million dollar building is comprised of three separate hotels: Aloft, Hyatt Place, and Fairfield Inn & Suites.
At approximately 370,000 square feet, the hotel development features 664 hotel rooms, three separate hotel lobbies, a restaurant, and a conference center.
Cyclone Energy Group provided LEED commissioning service for the fast-paced project.
