Dave Lippe Joins CREN Board of Directors

December 3, 2021 — Congratulations to Dave Lippe, Client Relationship Leader, on being invited to join the Chicago Real Estate Network (CREN) Board of Directors. 

CREN, formerly known as the Chicago Metropolitan Building Manager’s Club, was established in 1949 as a social club for Building Managers and their colleagues. Today, CREN has grown into a social and charitable organization where property professionals get together several times a year to socialize, keep in touch and raise money for various charities. Each CREN event is carefully planned to ensure that the members get the most value out of the experience, including an opportunity to network with their friends and colleagues in an informal environment. 

“I am thrilled with my nomination to the Board of Directors for the Chicago Real Estate Network! CREN is such a great environment for peers and colleagues to socialize and contribute to charitable endeavors while doing so,” said Dave. “My aim is to participate in every meaningful way possible to this storied organization.”

The Chicago Real Estate Network is made up of regular members and associate members. The number of associate member companies cannot exceed more than 25% of the number of regular members. As a newly appointed board member, Dave occupies one of the three associate member seats on the twelve person board. Associate members are comprised of contractors, consultants and vendors in the CRE community.
