The International WELL Building Institute (IWBI) has been recognized for years for providing the premier healthy building certification. Using the institutional knowledge and reputation of the IWBI, the WELL Health-Safety Rating was created in response to the COVID-19 pandemic and consists of best practice operational interventions that can be made to help mitigate the spread of the disease. The rating helps display to the occupants of the building that you’ve taken the initiative to create a healthy and safe environment.
